Return Policy

This Return Policy describes how to return products purchased from Seylan Gems & Jewelry LLC on seylangem.com. Refund timing and amounts are covered in our Refund Policy.

1. Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The return request should be initiated within that window; the item should arrive back to us promptly thereafter following our instructions.

2. Condition requirements

• Unused and unworn, in original condition
• Original packaging, certificates, boxes, and inserts included
• No alterations, resizing, engraving, or damage after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or to adjust the refund accordingly.

3. Non-returnable items

• Custom, made-to-order, engraved, or personalized pieces
• Items marked final sale or clearance (as disclosed at purchase)
• Gift cards or digital services (if offered)

4. How to return

1. Email info@seylangem.com or call +1 (888) 311-7133 with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions (including any prepaid label if provided).
3. Pack the item securely with all original materials.
4. Ship using the approved method and retain proof of shipment / tracking.

5. Inspection

Returns are inspected upon receipt. We will notify you by email when the return is approved or if there is an issue. Approved refunds follow the Refund Policy.

6. Shipping damage

If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos. Do not discard materials until we advise next steps.
