Bulk or wholesale orders greater than 5 pounds might require extra lead time contingent upon stock availability. You will be contacted in the event that this should happen.

Expedited / overnight shipping options are available during checkout for an additional cost based on selected service and total weight of items.

Shipping & Processing

Once your order ships, an automated e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Additionally, you may log into your account to retrieve your tracking number.

We cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post office to inquire further.

Exceptions & Special Considerations

Orders outside the Continental US

Unfortunately, Free Standard Shipping is not valid on orders to Alaska, Hawaii, international orders, and other orders outside the continental United States.

International Orders

Free Standard Shipping is not valid on international orders.

If you have not received your order after 45 days of placing your order, we will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.

SPECIAL LOCATIONS

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office. Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional day to deliver.

Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

RETURNS

At ceylongemsandjewellary, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If within 30 days of receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason*, you may return your purchase for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.

You may return merchandise for a replacement or refund by contacting Customer Service at (+1) 800 884 3291 or email info@ceylongemsandjewellary.com, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm pacific. Please keep your packaging slip and provide it with your return, as well as a note of how you would like to proceed with the return.

* Exceptions: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on opened packages in any of our larger bulk sizes (5 lbs, 10 lbs, or 25 lbs) unless there was a demonstrable packaging error on our part. For our liquid flavorings and extracts, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles larger than 8 fl oz. We cannot accept returns on opened packages of vanilla beans in quantities larger than 5 beans. We strongly encourage you to inspect these products carefully prior to opening or order our products in smaller sizes before ordering larger/bulk quantities.
